Chemical servicing warranty

| Coverage |
- If the aircon coil is not done properly or clean enough resulting to either leaking or warm air production. We will get the aircon coil chemical clean up again at no cost. The warranty period will start base on the invoice date.

| Exclusions |
- If other vendors had done any work within the warranty period, it shall be deem void.
- If the reason that is causing the aircon to be not cold, is not due to the coil clogs, it shall be deem void as well.

Water leaking warranty

- If there is a rebuilt of jelly from an improper work done, we will get it cleared again
|
| Exclusions |
- We do not cover if the aircon is leaking because of bad installation work is done
- We do not cover if the aircon's drainage piping is not done correctly by the previous installer
- We do not cover if the aircon was dismantled and installed by us, but the drainage piping is blocked

Aircon repair warranty

- If the parts that are repaired or being installed is giving fault within the warranty period
|
| Exclusions |
- As there are multiple reasons why an aircon is not able to produce cold air. And at any point in time, we are able to only get a snapshot of the aircon health reading, There could be multiple problems leading to the aircon producing warm air, we have to fix one to only know if there another problem.
